The Meadows Basic

At the Meadows Wedding Venue you get your choice from 3 outdoor ceremony locations
(the Pergola, the Outdoor Chapel, or the Oak Tree) and Celebration Hall. Celebration Hall is a 3600 square foot indoor facility perfect for an indoor wedding ceremony and reception, dinner and dance. Your selected ceremony space includes white folding chairs, a sound system w/ mics, decorative signs, and silk flower decorations on the isle markers, archway and altar. We do all set up. Silk flower bouquets are available for the bride and bridesmaids as well as flower girl baskets and ring bearer pillows.

A wedding “Day of Director” is included for an hour to run the rehearsal and up to 5 hours to tend to details on the wedding day making your wedding as stress free as possible. Your event is over at 11:00pm. We do all set up, decorating and cleanup of ceremony and reception spaces.

Your reception space includes: custom lighting, a sound system w/mics, tables & chairs, tablecloths and installation of linens, plus your choice of over 40 colors of table toppers and runners, decorative signs, a selfie wall w/props, cake knives, toasting glasses, and table décor(hundreds of items) including table center pieces, silk flowers, pearls, lanterns, greenery, mirror tiles, wood slabs, votive cups and led candles, mason jars, flower vases and total clean up after wedding. The Meadows Basic Package includes all of the above starting at $2895.00.       

                               

The Meadows Deluxe

With the Deluxe Package you get everything in the basic package and you add in photographic coverage by Creative Photography including; 2 photographers, an engagement session, a bridal portrait session, 80 images (your choice) in a 10x10 album, the use of the bride’s cabin and the Portrait Garden, all picture backgrounds and props including the outdoor chandelier, outside chair covers for back row and down the aisle, video projector for slideshow. The Meadows Deluxe Package includes all of the above starting at $3495.00.

                         

                  

 

The Meadows Plus

With the Plus Package you get everything in the deluxe package and you add in catering services by Culinary Events Catering; Tex-mex buffet, Pasta bar ,or Individual pizzas for up to 100 guests( additional guests just $13 per plate), silver or gold chargers,  plates, silverware, napkins, tea, sweet tea, lemonade and water, plus cups and ice. Reception chair covers, chair ties, silver cake stands, setup, tear down, packaging of leftovers.  Tex-mex buffet includes your choice of 2 Beef or 2 Chicken Fajitas, or 2 cheese enchiladas, chips and salsa bar, guacamole, Spanish rice, and charro beans. Pasta Bar includes your choice of 3 sauces, Alfredo, Creamy Pesto, or Marinara over penne pasta w/Garlic bread and a complete salad bar. Individual pizzas include your choice of pepperoni, sausage or cheese pizzas.The Meadows Plus Package includes all of the above starting at $4695.00.
